From the inside
of the creator
economy.
Chapter 1
From Creator To Company
Hubb Creative started pretty simply. David was building Chef Lingo and needed support behind the scenes, while Zachary came from a tech sales background and was looking to move into something new. It quickly became a natural split, David focused on creating, while Zachary handled outreach, negotiations and brand relationships. As they started building relationships with David’s creator network and agencies looking for talent, more opportunities began to come in. That naturally led to more conversations with creators, where the same problems kept coming up, poor management, lack of communication, and not feeling properly supported, something David had experienced himself. What started as supporting one creator quickly turned into something much bigger.
Chapter 2
Building Differently
As Hubb began working with more creators, it became really clear that a lot of things in the industry just were not working. Creators were often treated like transactions rather than people, with little transparency or real support. At that point, David made the decision to step away from focusing on his own content and put all of his energy into Hubb, driven by a bigger vision to build something that actually worked for creators. From there, Hubb was built differently, with a more personal, proactive approach and no one size fits all way of doing things.
Chapter 3
More than Management
Today, Hubb is built around long term relationships, not quick wins. Everything is tailored to the individual creator, because no two journeys are the same. Creators are not just managed, they are supported, challenged, and backed by a team that genuinely cares. It feels a lot less like a traditional agency and much more like a family, where creators have a real sense of community behind them as they grow, diversify, and build something that lasts.
